Shortly after his arrival in USA, Jonty attained his American Championship in style, including three Majors (one of which was attained at the Golden Gate Specialty) he won three Best of Breed awards and Group 1st, 2nd, and 4th - all in one weekend!

He stayed with Anne Bowes of Heronsway Corgis for 19 months and returned home in such beautiful condition that he continued his winning ways at home, including a Reserve Best in Show (All-breeds)
